- COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:Our Client is well established multi million pound manufacturing business and world leader in their field.This role represents an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Fire Safety Manager, preferably with some knowledge of Security.The successful candidate will report directly to the HSE Director and will manage all aspects of emergency response and fire safety, responsible for effective and efficient management of the site services team, security and first line reception.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:Ability to:• Demonstrable experience of Fire Safety with the ability to train/develop fire safety teams.• Communicate at all levels with authority, diplomacy and confidentiality relevant to security and Company matters• Liaise with emergency services and regulatory or local authorities regarding site licences and fire certificates/fire risk assessments and site security matters• To plan and deliver training for emergency response teams• Solve problem• Experience of security would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
