Description
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will come from a Commercial Furniture, Shop Fitting or FSE projects background, and will lead the delivery of projects, driving H&S, quality and communication between project stakeholders to ensure strong service delivery.
Communicate effectively with Clients and internal resources to ensure a smooth process from engagement through to completion and sign off.
Support sales team with tender details and presentations when required.
Be responsible for take ownership of, and co-ordinate multiple projects nationwide.
Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
Ensure that resource is available and allocated.
Manage clients expectations and relationships
Agree scope and agree time scales with client.
Communicate well to internal depts., external fitters and clients
Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
Report issues in good time and escalate to management as needed.
Ensure effective risk management, site H&S, and specific project risks, and produce RAMS for client.
Confirm access details, working hours, and complete full site surveys when required.
Accountable for project(s) delivery against internal and client’s service delivery KPI’s 
Responsible for updating key project data to allow a robust revenue forecast for project delivery and business growth within existing clients.
Managing and reporting against project delivery targets (set out within tender), working closely with other functions to set and maintain the highest possible standards for client delivery.
Working from home with frequent visits to sites
 
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Preferably PRINCE2, or similar Qualification or Demonstrable experience of Project Management 
Good working knowledge/experience of MS Excel is essential.
Experience of MS Project is preferable, but not essential
CSCS is essential and SMSTS or SSTS would be preferable, but not essential
Experience of managing trades as a main contractor is essential.
Knowledge of H&S legislation and Project H&S auditing to drive safety standards.
Ability to run and facilitate productive meetings
Strong Planning/programme management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve
Can do attitude to participate in business change initiatives to drive improvement.
Responsible for own development/training to carry out the role effectively and be willing to flex across multiple client accounts and project types.
NB: Full valid UK driving licence with no more than six points (will be validated)
