They produce specialist products and are an acknowledged International leader in terms of size and technical capabilities.This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and results oriented Accounts Administration Assistant to work with and support a dynamic team in this market leading company. With excellent organisational, problem solving and communication skills, you will be responsible for the processing and upkeep of the Purchase and Sales ledgers and Cash books and collaborating with other departments to get the job done.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Purchase Ledger – Responsible for processing all purchase invoices and payments both UK and International using Microsoft AX Dynamics accountancy software.• Sales Ledger – Responsible for processing sales receipts in AX.• Cash Books – Responsible for daily upkeep of our Sterling, Dollar and Euro bank accounts within AX and in Excel format.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:• This position would ideally be suited to an enthusiastic individual, with high work standards, who is well experienced in ERP/Accounts Software (preferably Microsoft AX Dynamics).• Completion orientated and competent in planning and organisation, as well as paying close attention to detail.• Capable of working to deadlines with a hands on approach• Capable of working on own initiative or as part of a team.• Must be IT literate and have good problem solving skills.
