- COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:Our Client is well established business and world leader in their field.This role represents an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer.The successful candidate will Manage multi-disciplinary (including electrical, civil and mechanical) projects to ensure achievement of goals on time and within budget.Reporting to the Project Engineering Manager and working as part of the Engineering and Maintenance department the Mechanical project Engineer will have two primary roles.• The first is full project management from concept stage and identification, through specification, proposal, and design, to full implementation of a wide range of projects.• The second is to provide support to the maintenance and operations department to improve reliability, quality and health, safety and environmental impact.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:• Qualified to BEng, HNC, HND or equivalent level• Experience in design and installation of process equipment.• Experience of managing multi-disciplinary (including electrical, civil and mechanical) projects to ensure achievement of goals on time and within budget.• Experience of preparing contract documentation and administration of contracted works including some covered by CDM regulations.• Possess strong computer skills and competency in AutoCAD, MS Office applications - outlook, excel & word in particular.• Fault find manufacturing equipment faults.• Experience of supervising/managing other team members would be advantageous, but isn't essential.• Some knowledge of PLCs (including S5 / S7) and Controls would be advantageous, but not essential
