This role is part of their ongoing growth strategy and represents an excellent career opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, creative Graduate level candidate to join our client at an exciting time for marketing within their business.You will be involved in successfully communicating core messages to internal and external stakeholders through a range of marketing materials and will be responsible for the creation of high-impact memorable presentations using PowerPoint as a platform; incorporating motion graphics to covey ideas and messages to our client’s audiences. They will go on to integrate green screen technology and help generate product animationsThis is far from just a ‘functional’ role; requiring a talented communicator with an understanding of the psychology of presentations and how it can be applied within a commercial environment.As an integral part of the marketing team, the Presentation / Motion Graphics Designer will liaise with sales, engineering and HR departments to create sales presentations and knowledge-sharing presentations in line with the marketing plan - and reflective of the aims and objectives of a World Class organisation.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Work with the marketing manager to plan, develop and implement a plan for the development of presentations in line with the objectives of the marketing strategy• Liaise with staff and managers across the business, both UK and overseas, to produce accurate and memorable content• Carry out the storyboarding, coordination, production and editing of sales, marketing and training presentations• Work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of the marketing strategy• Produce presentation materials that support and protect our core brand messages• Use of alternative presentation tools such as Prezi where relevant• Transformation of generic, text-heavy presentations into graphically engaging, concise and interactive storytelling experiences• Design high-quality graphics, charts and templates for company presentations• Work closely with internal clients, subject matter experts, and external customers on project organisation and content development• Provide first class customer service, high levels of interpersonal cooperation and flexibility when working with clients and creative colleagues• Think strategically, holistically and analytically• Provide ad-hoc support across the marketing team in the production of technical material as and when required e.g. typesetting, proofing etc.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:• Expertise and understanding of PowerPoint and how it can be used to convey messaging• Proven ability of developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Experience in working within brand guidelines• Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects (or similar) and experience in using InDesign and Photoshop• Ability to convey messages in a simple but effective way using a range of creative elements such as visual effects and motion graphics• Knowledge of building 3D product animations and CAD software is desirable, but not essential to the role, as training and development will be provided• Most of all we are looking for someone with the right attitude and creativity to fill this exciting role.
